Disclaimer

The following Rules and Terms of Services extend from and are bound to the General Terms for cachapa.xyz subdomains. Please read {{< rawhtml >}}this page{{< /rawhtml >}} before reading further or taking any action towards this instance.

A few things you should know before engaging with this instance in any form or capacity:

1. This is primarily a private, single-user, instance.

2. Registrations are subject to vetting and approval by the instance admin.

Give that this instance is open to registrations (subject to point 2 of the "Disclaimer"), formal rules had to be put in place. They're simple:

1. No underage users will be accepted. You must be 18+ years old in order to apply for and use this instance.
2. No spamming.
3. No fedposting.
4. No doxxing/self-doxxing.
5. Don't post:
   1. Fringe/degenerate shit (liveleak shit, snuff, gore, scat, animal cruelty, etc).

8. Diving into hellthreads is not encouraged, but you can do so at your own discretion.

All users of this instance will be subject to account deactivation if they grossly violate the any or all of the rules here stated in any form or capacity, without right to appeal.

Any user found to circumvent their account termination by means of alt accounts on remote instances will be subject to remote block and/or deactivation, prior notice to the other instance's admin(s).
